Description:

Musicweed allows convenient weeding-out of large MP3 music collections. For example after ripping an Internet broadcast stream. Optimized for usage in the car, using touchscreen. This is the version for Linux (programmed for and on the SHARP Zaurus SL-C3200 using the weeXpc ROM), but should run on almost any Linux computer. It is a shell script using some tools, such as "espeak" for speech output of the file name and action feedback, xdialog for the screen dialogs, mplayer to play the MP3 files, wmctrl to handle the application windows. The ZIP archive contains an IPK package ready to install on weeXpc 1.8, as well as the shellscript as is for manual installation.
